Westbrass was founded in 1935 by two brothers, to serve the needs of all plumbing wholesalers on the West Coast. The product lines at the time included items such as faucets, valves, malleable fittings, etc. After becoming the premier distributor of plumbing products, the company was bought in 1985 by Max Homami. Seeing a boom in the Home Improvement Industry, Mr. Homami had a vision to make Westbrass the leader in Kitchen & Bath Accessories.
Today, Westbrass is renowned for its high-quality products, meticulously crafted from superior materials. To ensure unwavering excellence, each product undergoes rigorous testing to meet or exceed stringent industry standards, including NSF, IAPMO, ADA, and other regulations. With a global customer base spanning kitchen and bath showrooms, plumbing wholesalers, OEMs, ODMs, and national home centers, Westbrass offers a diverse range of plumbing specialty products, bath waste and overflows, and decorative kitchen and bath accessories.
Westbrass holds several patents, including the innovative Deep Soak Overflow designed for extra-deep soaking in most bathing wells and the Closing Linear overflow.
